Return & Exchange Policies:
Unfortunately, since we believe that no one should ever return a bostonhaters hat, we do not have a return policy; but we do have an exchange policy. You can exchange your hat for another bostonhaters hat.
How do I make an exchange?
When requesting an exchange, fill out the exchange card included in your original package. Return in the original box, add postage and drop it in the mail. Make sure to include your original confirmation number on the exchange card. We will try our best to get you out your exchange as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date you mail your package for your return to be processed completely. Keep your confirmation number and mail tracking number (depending on your postage) for your reference.
